We were founded in 2011 and form part of the Staysure Group, which specialises in travel insurance.
Our goal is simple: to save the nation from paying too much for their travel insurance.

It depends when you bought your policy:
- Before 8 October 2025: you can contact PayingTooMuch on 03300 297 469.
- On or after 8 October 2025: you’ll need to contact your insurance provider directly. Their details will be in your policy documents.
Your insurer will also email your policy documents after purchase, confirming exactly who you’re insured with and what you’re covered for.
